The Dietox smoothies are the first hypocaloric dehydrated meal replacements made exclusively from a base of vegan protein, fruit, vegetables and super foods, in powder form, ready to be prepared and consumed throughout the day in whatever order you like.

What is the DRY smoothie diet?

It consists of 5 smoothie replacement meals to be consumed throughout the day, without consuming any solid foods. You can drink them following the order indicated on each sachet or you can design your own diet, combining the main meals (60 mg) with the snacks (30 mg).

This diet is 100% focused on weight loss, and requires no planning, nor does it need to be stored cold, making it much more flexible and practical.

The DRY smoothie meal replacement diet is the solution to helping you eat healthy throughout the whole day, at your own pace and without the need for a fridge, whilst providing a satiating effect and consuming just 860 kcal/day. Thanks to the vegan protein content in these meal replacement smoothies (39,2%), their weight-loss power is twice-fold compared with other diets containing animal protein.

The DRY smoothies are a much better option compared with traditional protein shakes, which contain no fruit, vegetables or superfoods. They prioritize a satiating effect and weight loss, and although their detox effect is not as pure as the FRESH juices, they will make your hyperprotein diet more healthy and easier to do.

What are the DRY smoothies made from?

They are not just any ordinary protein shake. Our powdered smoothies have been specially designed by health professionals to guarantee an adequate intake of calories and nutrients in order to be used as a meal substitute for a whole day. They are also gluten and lactose free, 100% vegan, and come in a variety of flavours you will want to try again and again.

Each Dietox Dry sachet contains the equivalent of one fruit and vegetable juice in powder form, with approximately 200 Kcal and your daily-recommended intake of vitamins, proteins and minerals as per recommended by the EFSA (European Food Safety Authority). The full diet consists of three 60 mg sachets (main meals) + two 30 mg sachets (snacks) to be consumed throughout the day. Simply pour the contents of the sachet into the Dietox shaker, add water and shake for 20 seconds. In just one minute your meal will be ready.

1. FILL

Fill your shaker up to the corresponding line with cold or tepid water
(Main meal: 400 ml, Snack: 300 ml).

2. OPEN & POUR

2. Open the corresponding DRY sachet (Main meal: 60 mg, Snack: 30 mg). Pour the contents of the sachet into the shaker and close firmly.

3. SHAKE

Shake the mix for 30 seconds.
Your smoothie is ready!

Once you have prepared your smoothie, consume within one hour.
